Cost and Fee Policy

1- Apart from legal consultancy services, Kepekçi & Sepetçi will be charged with attorney's fees in cases and proceedings and miscellaneous works, in case the subject of the lawsuit can be evaluated with money; Based on the rates in the Minimum Attorney Fee Tariff determined by the Istanbul Bar Association, the fee will also be calculated and submitted as an offer on the basis of workload and man/hour  .

2- Apart from the monthly consultancy fee, in cases where the subject of the execution files and the collection of a certain amount of receivable or the subject of which is money or can be evaluated with money; The attorney's fee to be calculated as follows, in accordance with the attorney's minimum fee tariff over the price that is the basis for the execution proceeding or the court decision, is additionally entitled.

• %16  for the first 100,000.00 TL

• 15% for the next 100,000.00 TL

• 14% for the next 300.000.00 TL

• 11% for the next 500.000.00 TL

• 8% for the next 700,000.00 TL

• 5% for the next 900,000.00 TL

• 3% for the next 1.100.000.00 TL

• 2% for the next 1.300.000.00 TL

• 1% for the next 5,000,000.00 TL

3- For lawsuits and proceedings, the amount and value of which cannot be measured in money, the attorney fee will be calculated separately, based on the rates in the Minimum Attorney Fee Tariff determined by the Istanbul Bar Association, on the basis of workload and man/hour, according to  and submitted as an offer.

4- Kepekçi & Sepetçi Law Firm; The fee will be due and paid in cash, unless otherwise agreed at the beginning of the case, in advance,  executive proceedings, when the collection is made and it is documented that there is no possibility of collection. Peace, waiver, acceptance, renunciation etc. In such cases, attorney fees will be paid in full.

5- Kepekçi & Sepetçi Law Firm cannot claim any remuneration if they cease to follow the work they have taken without just cause and resign from their duties.

6- Costs such as notary fees, translation fees, travel, accommodation, litigation/enforcement fees, postal expenses, other court costs, expert fees, transportation related to the services to be provided by Kepekçi & Sepetçi   are paid in advance by the Employer. will be borne by

 

7- An advance of 250 TL for stationery and other expenses will be taken from the Business Owners for each lawsuit filed. 

 

8- All the expenses to be made for the given work belong to the Business Owner and unless these expenses are paid, Kepekçi & Sepetçi is not obliged to do the business in accordance with the Attorneyship Law.

9- Expenses incurred by Kepekçi & Sepetçi will be notified to the Business Owners together with their receipts.

10- When it is necessary to go outside of Istanbul for lawsuits and proceedings, all related expenses such as transportation, accommodation and meals will be covered by the company. Travel expenses will be calculated and paid as plane train, ferry, sea bus, bus, car rental or fuel and travel expenses of the lawyer's own vehicle.
